Tracy Creagh, Journal Manager, Student Success
Tracy Creagh is the Journal Manager of the Student Success Journal with primary responsibility for the development of content, production and layout of Student Success and general ongoing management of the publication.
The strength of Tracy’s work lies in her broad and varied contributions to excellence in higher education research and practice. Roles have involved the review, analysis and consolidation of national and international institutional research and analytics tasks, working with policy and planning teams and the provision of research support on strategic projects with a focus on equity in tertiary education.
Additionally, Tracy has ten years’ experience working as a research and project officer on numerous institutional and national teaching and learning grants. Projects have principally focused on the student experience in higher education and the development of evidence-based resources and tools that academic and professional staff responsible for student engagement can take up and use. In 2019 Tracy was recognised as an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (AFHEA).
Currently Tracy is Journal Manager for three of QUT’s four open access, peer reviewed scholarly publications and leads the institutions’ eJournal Community of Practice dedicated to sharing and contributing to best practice in open scholarship.
